Teamwork makes the Dream work
Individuals (ages 12 – 21) will be teamed up by age, starting with groups of two. They will be given a checklist of various tasks to complete. These tasks will target specific categories, dealing with charitable and volunteer work, friendship building activities, compassion and empathy building activities, exploring and broadening horizon activities. There will be goals, tasks, challenges, and milestones that once completed will allow teams to the next level. As they level up, each team will double in size by pairing up with the other teams. The process repeats until finally, all the teams will become one big group. At the end of the activity, there will be a huge event at a community park. There will be food & beverages, games, music, bouncy houses, mobile game trucks, and digital photo stations. Individuals will be encouraged to share their experiences on how the program helped them understand the importance of unity, compassion, empathy and teamwork.

Change Makers
Individuals (ages 13 – 21) will be tasked to go through various communities and do volunteer work. Things like, helping out at the local church, rec center, corner store, cleaning neighborhood parks, cleaning vacant lots, cutting someone’s grass, helping someone with spring/summer cleaning, doing chores and performing minor repairs for those in need, grocery runs, meal prep, etc.… Whenever something needs to be done, there will be a changemaker there to do it.
